Air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool. The flat-screen TV provided decent entertainment during the stay.
The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty sheets and walls, and no refrigerator in the room. Amenities were scarce, with reported missing toiletries and a clogged floor trap in the bathroom. communication issues at the front desk hindered assistance when problems arose, and there were no towels or mineral water provided during the stay.

Had a decent stay at 99 Sepang KLIA with great access to restaurants and stores nearby. The air conditioning kept us cool, which was a bonus. Just wish the check-in process was smoother. Not the cleanest though, but it’s alright for a quick transit stay.

The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and the air conditioning worked wonders keeping the room cool during my stay. Plus, was really nice to have a late check-out at 1pm, made things easier for my flight.
